15 years of experience in organizing event around the world, more than 10 years in « adventure travel » through our agency Amanaska Bali, which specializes in private tours, and a multicultural team trained to create and organize events in Bali and Indonesia: this is the core strength of Amanaska Event.

One spirit, the bersama

All Amanaska Event events are organized around one spirit, the « Bersama », which means « together » in Indonesian. The wide open spaces, magnificent landscapes, ancestral traditions, and ancient temples serve as the backdrop for an authentic Balinese immersion where the concepts of humanity, family, community, and encounters are at the heart of the event

Depending on the number of participants, the event must be carefully planned to maintain the concept of “exclusivity.” Whether for 20 people, 300 or more, « tailor-made » takes on its full meaning in the organization of the program, its personalization, and the services offered. The setting remains Bali or Indonesia with its incomparable culture and the kindness of its people, but we must go further to make the trip itself an event.

AMANASKA EVENT

AMANASKA EVENT was born out of the world of events. It was created by David Mothe, an event planning specialist, founder of “Genèse production” in 1998, former associate director of the event communications agency “Carrément” in Paris, and member of ANAÉ, the association of event agencies (since 2016 LÉVÉNEMENT) in France.

In 2009, he created AMANASKA BALI, a specialist in private travel and adventure programs in Indonesia, bringing together a multicultural team to set up a responsive and creative organization adapted to the country’s culture and travelers’ expectations.

From travel to events

In 2015, the agency was contacted by the organizers of the Raid des Amazones, ZBO, who wanted AMANASKA BALI to be a partner in the adventure for the edition on the Island of the Gods.

This challenge required rethinking the entire logistics and approaching the Raid with event experience that had been reviewed and revised to adapt it to Bali. After this event, which attracted 220 participants, AMANASKA quickly established its legitimacy through its rigorous project management and its ability to offer something «never seen before» in Bali, such as placing a hot air balloon in the heart of the rice fields of Ubud in 2018.
